Visitor Visa Processing Times (very urgent)

Hi everyone,

The IRCC website shows 132 days processing time for TRVs applied from India. Is this accurate? Does the average time takes 137 days or can I except a decision much sooner? I am planning to apply by end of this week and travel in mid of December. Is it a safe bet?

Also, there is a confusion about applying through GIC portal or IRCC. Could someone please clarify.

Nowadays with COVID nobody know the processing times for sure.
You can apply with your normal GCKey account.
The other portal is by invitation only.

Thanks for your response. I am highly skeptical as the processing time for TRVs in India is 130+ days and I just have 60 days.

You can try and hope for the best… But I wouldn’t expect much from IRCC right now.
Sadly there are no more options
