Thanks. The second application's eligibility review status never changed. Even after the PPR, it still says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

In the same boat. As stated previously, my PR file is complete but sitting on a desk with no DM. Applied for visitor visa Oct 12 hoping it would be faster as we have basically everything passed on PR side. My file for TRV has not even been opened yet.

They are prioritizing applications that received biometrics couple of days back but applications submitted months back were placed in backlogs. Looks like they have daily target of some bunch of applications and they are processing the ones that reach their table that day. So pathetic that we stuck with this disorderly and mismanaged institution

I think sometime on same day,while for some people it takes 1 or 2 days, though we only got BVL yet not ppr

I am a CoPR holder and i am waiting to land in Canada in about 4 weeks and then after landing and collecting PR card,hope to come back to India(in Jan( to get married for a few days and travel back.
With this being the case,can i apply for Visitor visa for my fiance without mentioning my relationship and then apply for spousal a bit later after i land back after marriage in Jan?
what would the timelines be like?
