Visitor visa processing time

My mom submitted a visitor visa from Sri Lanka ( Colombo) with all the necessary documents on August 8th. How long will it take for the processing to happen. When I checked the CIC website said 19 days now it says 27 days . IS it 27 business days ? Please advise.

Processing times vary from application to application. The times posted on the site are just estimates. It can take anywhere from a few days to several months.
