I applied for visitor visa on 13th sept andsept and since then just got two system generated mails and then no update. Its been 47 days and got no further updates on visa visa s. What shall ivdo?

Sometimes they give result same day when they started reviewThere it says -
" We are reviewing your eligibility meet criteria . Your application is in progress and we will mail you once its finalized."
But this status was set on 8th oct. Since then no update.
And sometimes take months
