As per the news it will take 8 weeks to print your passport.

What is source of news, kindly tell as i need to inform my college in that case

Did you opt for fast track service?

The fast track service is provided by VFS for delivering your passport straight to your residence from VFS,DELHI. So once stamped by IRCC instead of going to your city VFS it’s delivered straight to your residence.Saves probably a day. The IRCC has nothing to do with it.

Does anyone know how much time IRCC takes to dispatch the passport. Passport received by IRCC on November 1st, 2024, but still they have not dispatched it back. It is for visitor visa.

IRCC office reached on oct 23.
Haven't got any update from them.
