I submitted my passport on 2nd Dec, IRCC received on 4th December. I sent an email via webform- they said "counterfoil is printed. It will be affixed and returned to you via courier service. No idea what that means. I need to travel on the 11th.
Anybody knows anything here?

Its a visitor visa, yes. I sent the web form on Dec30 and one today morning and I got a the response I mentioned.

Dispatched today. 2 passports. Visitor visa.

PPR nov 21... Passport reached ircc Dec 2.. got message today that eligibility is complete. Hopefully will get dispatched soon.
