Hello Everyone. I am a canadian permanent residence since last 5 years. I am planning for my mothers visit and confused if I should go for visitor or super visa. My mom is a widow and homemaker and I am the only son. She has her siblings and other family in India. I am financially very well stable here as well as my mom in India with properties and investments and savings. She does not intend to stay in Canada more than 3 months so I was looking into applying for a visitor visa but it looks like after reading online a bit, she might face a rejection based on the reason what they call "loose ties to homeland". Can anyone suggest if super visa application is a bit less risky compared to visitor visa? Super visa also gets denied, no doubt, but looks like they pay more attention to financial situation in super visa which we are both strong at.
Also, what can I provide to prove her strong ties to homeland or that she definitely will go back to the homeland.
Also, do you have to enter Canada within certain time after you get the visa or you can visit anytime before the visa expires? I want to apply for it for her now but I dont want her to visit Canada in winter but rather in summer .
Any suggestions or help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
