Visitor visa on the basis of hotel booking

Pls suggest Me and my husband want to visit Canada for leisure .Last year we visited Europe so now we are planning to explore Canada in coming summer vacation of my daughter .
my husband is working in reputed company from last 7 years.
We have taken leave letters from school and company .
Sufficient amount in my husband account
What are the chances of visa.
Someone told us it's difficult to get visa on hotel bookings

Leave approval letter and work contract will be enough. They just want a proof that you will be back to your home country.

You must include other ties to your home country..... such as property ownership/lease agreement + dependent family members + proofs that your daughter is enrolled for the next academic year.

Each applicant must prove his/her individual strong ties.

I recommend you go through this forum for suggestions. Do not apply only with the documents which you have listed

Iam a house wife what documents are need to show to prove my strong ties .
My husband is a single son of their parents so we have to show this.. But they are not dependent on us

Bank statements last 6 months
Leave approval letter from company

Property papers
CA valuation report
PF statement
