Why there is a delay on the sponsorship application, did you orde gcms notes ?

Also, did you get a decision on your TRV?

No did not order for GMC notes.
We are also waiting for the decision to be made on his visit application. Application submitted on 23rd September'22

Does your spouse work in Govt or military ? Also ,for TRV , I would suggest to call to ask for an update.

Hi James,
No, he is into customer service. When I call IRCC they say I am not the authorized Rep and when my husband calls IRCC, New Delhi they say to fill out a web form.
On the web form they say, an agent might contact you soon but nobody has called yet.
I have already filled out a form to put me as an authorized rep, it's been 2 weeks with no update on that as well

Invitation letter is not asked.

Same here..I applied for my son on 11th oct..biometrics done.. eligibility check done..only background check is in process..it’s the same status since 2 weeks..

Oh god, im trying to redo everything there is two problems in travel history? dates are overlapping somehow got copied on top of another, what to do , i have address this problem yea ?

I got the GCMS notes, It says " Based on the poor quality of documentation, I do not find the applicant to be credible"
THis is really weird, he means the quality of compression or what?

Documents are of such poor quality that they cannot be deciphered/read. So IRCC doesn’t know if they are real or match/relevant to the applicant.
