Hi. I have submitted a visitor visa online for me, my mother and my sister and paid the fee on 22nd March 2024, the status became pending. However, we have not received any confirmation email until now.
On my account online, it still doesn't show the the application is submitted. And there still says "Continue an application you haven't submitted" which has Continue/Delete link to click.
When I click continue I will be directed to the payment page.
Is this normal? Should I just wait till we receive the confirmation email.
I have also filled up the web form and no reply yet.
Please help!!!!
