Visitor visa medical can be used for PR medical examination?

So me and my baby are currently in India and my husband in Canada.We had applied for a TRV for my baby and after that we received the ITA.Now while the TRV was in process for my baby, IRCC requested a medical examination for the visa which we got done and the visa got approved.
Now my question is can I use the same medical examination that I did for VISA for the PR medical examination too?

Even I am in the same boat. My spouse got her medical done as part of TRV process and that medical validity is for one year. Now I got ITA and I add my spouse as non accompanying. But still I need to submit her medical. Can I reuse the TRV medical for PR process as well? How you ended up with? Please share. Thanks.
