thank you. i realized I'd be eligible for CAN+ per IRCC's website. is that taking a long time as well?if you wanted to upload best was to upload it in additional documents while submitting the application. You can submit via webform if you like but it may not make a difference. Given you have valid US visa most likely you will be approved.
IRCC decides if you will be processed via CAN+ so you don’t know if you are or not.thank you. i realized I'd be eligible for CAN+ per IRCC's website. is that taking a long time as well?
I'm on a valid H1B here in the US and have been on that visa for 3 years now. I have multiple entries/exits even prior to that when I was on student (F1) visa for almost 5 years. Do I qualify? If yes, wondering why CAN+ is taking a while given applicants should see expedited processing?IRCC decides if you will be processed via CAN+ so you don’t know if you are or not.
As @Naturgrl already mentioned that whether you are processed under CAN+ or not is decided by IRCC. So far from outside we don't know how they do that. Many people in similar profile like yours may have received an approval in a week. Sometimes it takes more time. Given your H1B status chances of refusal are minimal but that doesn't always mean that you will get visa and that too at an expedited rate.I'm on a valid H1B here in the US and have been on that visa for 3 years now.
