Me and my wife recently got married. I am a Canadian PR and my wife has Visitor Visa for 10 years before marriage. Last year she visited her brother for a month to attend Convocation.
Presently we are in India, and I am planning to come back to Canada. Can my wife come to Canada along with me?

If her TRV is valid then yes.
