Me and my husband applied for visitor visa in june but still waiting for results his file is in review since 2 months
File lodge date 31 may
Biometric 3 June husband, 7 June mine
Husband's file in review since 15 June
My file is under process still no progress.
Can anybody tell how much time they take for review since he is in Dubai and we booked tickets for Canada for September
And he has to come for leave in September ..I don't know what to do

You are within normal processing times as average is around 76 days. No one can tell how much time review will take. There is not much you can do but wait. IRCC doesn’t not take into account travel dates so if travel dates pass, applications will still be processed. It is very clear on IRCC site not to book tickets.
If you can, have the option to change dates on the tickets. Without the visa in hand, it's not a good idea to book air tickets.

No update yet , eligibility review hasn't started yet . I gave reason to celebrate first anniversary with husband on 17th September , But I guess they are going to take more time

Hi, yeah I can share. And yes this is his second refusal. First one was for study in 2017. But he now lives and works in Germany and also a resident there. Took some time off to relax. Reasons below:
- has significant ties in canada
- doesn’t have significant ties outside canada
- reason for application doesn’t meet visit visa requirement. (I can’t remember it verbatim, when I open it again maybe but right now I’m too sad to open the letter again) .
Application was for my common law partner and we have son.
Your case is very strong than my case. I have face 6 refusals applied 7th time now. I want to visit on to celebrate my sister 15th wedding aniversary. I applied 21 June 2022.
