Hey I am 16 years old and I want to study in Canada in. 11th grade after passing my 10 Th.. My real brother is PR here and he can take guarantee of mine.. Me and my parents have visitor visa.. So what is procedure of converting my visitor visa into study permit?what is the fee for international minor students?

You can't convert it. You need to apply for a study permit.

International fees are around $13,000 per year or higher.

Your parent could try for a TRV but they dont just get one to go with you. They will likely need to appoint a custodian.
