Hello Everyone,
I am planning to apply trv currently I am in ireland on study visa previously I have been refused on travel history and immigration status grounds but I have been traveling all over europe multiple times still they have issues in travel history. I want to visit freind of mine and his family who lives there for a short trip , what documents can I provide to get a trv this time . I’ll highly appreciate your help

what is your nationality? your application will be processed on the basis of your passport. your stay in Ireland on student visa is temporary. for any successful TRV you need to show ties to your home country such as financial assets,( property you won) family etc etc. first you should order GCMS notes in order to find out the real reason for rejection. current wait times for GCMS is around 3-4 months. no travel in 2020 anyway once u have GCMS notes you will be in a better position to address visa officer's concern in your application and hopefully by that time travel will be normal.

When was the last time you applied? Would not suggest you apply until you have a strong Application like a longterm job, you own savings that will cover all your travel expenses without using a large portion of your savings, preferably property or a lease, family ties if possible, etc. You already have one refusal so subsequent applications just makes you look desperate to visit Canada.

Hi i applied for my in laws visitor visa last year Feb 2021. They did their biometrics and its been ipdated on their file. But Iam still waiting to hear back from CIC. No news after that. What should i do?
