Hello members,
My uncle wants to visit me for my birthday and to see the new year celebration, He has a partnership business (50%) he owns it. What documents do we have to attached for family ties, financial,
I will provide him invitation letter. Please advise what documents can be added to make a strong case.
Thank you.

Technically he's not your direct family, so all you can do is send him an invitation letter. He'll have to show his own proof of funds and ties to home country.

Thank you, Can I mention that he will be staying at my place instead of booking hotels?

Absolutely! He might not be able to make it to your birthday though. The IRCC is taking 6 months or more to process the visitor visas.

He should be able to show that he has the funds to stay at a hotel even if staying at your home. He will have to show he has enough personal funds versus business funds to afford to travel and not use a large portion of his savings. If he has a spouse and dependent children in his home country that will help his application. In general visiting for a birthday and the new year isn’t a strong reason for visiting a niece.

You seem to have a lot of family members applying at once. That will be a red flag.

How about tourism and travelling

You can put birthday and new year’s I’m just stating that it is not a very strong reason for need to travel. If your uncle had a strong profile he can still get approved. Given that you also seem to be applying for your parents and maybe other family members this will be a red flag and there will be concern about why so many family members are coming to Canada and whether they are trying to move to Canada.

Yes I was thinking about the concern, as I invited my parents on supervisa this august and they were approved.

I will wait for 6- 8 months before inviting my uncle then.
Thank you

Yes I would suggest at least delaying but unless your uncle Has a strong profile the fact that your parents may be in Canada and it seems like at least one other family member is working in Canada may be an issue.
