Visitor Visa - Independent Accounts Consultant is an employee or a business

Hi,

My father is applying for Visitor visa and I'll be sending the sponsorship for him.
While filling application, there is a section to identify yourself as an employee or a businessman.
He is an accountant(Income tax/Sales tax advisor) in India, what should he select for that section?

Any help is appreciated.
