I have a question and I hope someone can assist me with it, please.
I am applying for a visitor visa for my sister in law. I have done all the paperwork and my intention was to submit the documents on the IRCC portal. My husband and I met with an immigration lawyer to review all the documents. He advised us to use the GCKey account to submit the documents. I had to redo files and prepare for submission under this account. Now, that I want to submit the forms, it doesn't allow me to submit the schedule 1 form as well as the Visa application form, more specifically IM5257b and IM5257e. I have downloaded the files, fill them electronically without printing them. Now, that I want to upload these forms, I am getting errors messages that they are not correct forms and etc. Has someone had this issue? how did you resolve it? Can people still apply through GCkey account or do I have to go back again through the IRCC Portal? can someone please help me with this request. Much appreciate your support on this.
