Visitor Visa From Vietnam to Canada

My girlfriend is Vietnamese and wants to visit me in Canada, basically to see how life is here to determine if we will take the next step in our relationship. My question is what will determine if she is to receive a visitor visa? She has a full time job, money in her bank account, university educated and has family in Vietnam.

She will need to demonstrate that she has strong ties to her home country and has no plans to remain in Canada long term. Showing as many ties as possible to her home country will be helpful (property she owns, proof of employment, proof of school enrollment, etc.). It will also help if she has traveled quite a bit before - especially to countries where she requires a visa to enter.
