My wife is in States and she needs to apply Visitor visa and I am PR of Canada.
She is working in States on H1-B.
Can anyone please answer below:
1. What documents she should have to apply visa.
2. Do we need any strong documents which would say clearly that she will return back after visiting as she will continue to work in states.
3. How is the process of applying; is she needs to visit consulate and personally hand over all documents and talk to consular.
Or is that we need to apply providing all documents in a package including passport.
