VISITOR VISA from US

Hi,
I applied for canada visitor visa online from US and i received passport request mail now.
Could you please let me know what are the documents to be attached apart from the below mentioned checklist.
1. passport
2.cic letter
3.prepaid envelope

Also please let me know whether NYC is still accepting passports. and do we have to pay any fee if passports are sent to NYC.

what is VAC fee and VAC consent form and how to pay this VAC fee..

its so confusing and nothing is clearly written on that mail

Hi,

I just did complete this whole request for My brother who lives in US.

You have to send Your passport, a Letter which is sent by CIC, a prepaid envelope for Receiving passports and A draft of 30.59$ as processing fee. Please find more details on following link:-

Read details in above link clearly and it will be helpful. Remember, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your passport after sending it to VAC.
