Visitor visa from my aunt

Me and my mom want to visit my aunt in Vancouver to celebrate her birthday at the same time travel there.my aunt will make a invitation letter. I don’t have any business, work or properties here in philippines but my mom have.My mom will shoulder all expenses when we get there. She travelled in other countries. Is it possible that we can get a visa?

Honestly,

1. Purpose of travel; is weak. It is very difficult to make a VO believe that the applicants will spend thousand of dollars to spend on a birthday. But yes you can have Tourism as the purpose of travel, provided you have strong travel history to support that.

2. Financial Support; applicant would have to have enough of their own if they are not minors

3. Home ties - a job, a house any thing that ties you back to your country of residence is a VERY important aspect a VO would look for

I worked in UAE for more than 1year but I don’t have any statement bank account. All I can give proof is my uae working visa and the cancellation of visa.

By the way we also want to visit in Canada with my months old baby..just what I’ve told my mom will shoulder all expenses and also a financial help of my aunt from canada

If you are not a minor, it will be quite difficult for the VO to accept the fact that ur mom will shoulder all expenses.
