It's probably because they don't process as many applications for Ireland and don't have much resources out there. The processing time is an average estimate so it could be quicker or longer.Has anybody applied for a canada visitor visa from Ireland for a Non Irish Citizen

Your ability to get a TRV will likely be based on whether you have permanent status or longterm work permit and employment in Ireland. Also depends on your ties to your home country and Ireland. Reason and length of travel and savings will also be a factor.

Irland also uses London's visa office and they have a huge backlog of applicants. I applied from Sweden (which uses London visa office) and after +160 days, still no updates.
