Yes I know there is no LICO for visitor visa invitation because the commitment in the visa invitation is a courtesy not like the sponsorship but if three persons will come from overseas they will for sure cause a financial hardship for the hosting family, it is not logical for someone who can’t pay for their tickets or day to day living to travel for tourism.
That happened already when they travelled to US, searched for work and ended up in debt. That is why I want to prevent it before it happens in Canada.
In that case the hosting family should simply let them know that they don't have the means to host them or support them in any way while they are in Canada. The visiting family will have to cover all expenses on their own. The hosting family will only end up in debt if they chose to end up in debt. No one is forcing them to cover the costs of the visiting family. That's their personal decision.

If they already have a visa they can just show up. Think some families would prefer it if IRCC or CBSA prevents them from entering Canada versus telling family they don’t want them to come to Canada and they can’t/don’t want to support them financially.
They don’t have visa. And the fact is nobody cares who visits Canada if he is able to support himself
IRCC and CBSA aren’t interested in family disputes. If you contact CBSA you should be reporting that a family is not a true visitor and their goal is to remain in Canada longterm and have no plans of returning to their home country. The parents aren’t employed as indicated in their application. If they no longer have a home in their home country that is also something you can indicate. You can report that they attempted to remain in the US and find employment but that hasn’t worked out so now they are trying to come to Canada and find employment. What about their children? If they are between 4-18? They need study permits to attend school. Are they arriving during the school year? What are their plans for the children when it comes to schooling? What happened to their children in the US? Did their children attend school in the US? If they did that is also something you can indicate to CBSA. The family visited the US but their children attended US public schools while on a visitor visa.
Their only child was born in US while on visitor visa, a cultural society covered part of their medical expenses. So no school aged kids.

Getting a TRV to visit Canada is actually quite difficult. It is more difficult to visit Canada than the US. The fact that they had a child in the US without status will make it quite difficult to visit Canada except for the child who is a US citizen

I always thought it is the other way around. Many people who I know applied for a visitor visa to Canada after having a child in US and received it without any issue. While for US they really ask about this and refuse the Visa if they suspected that someone might give birth in US on visitor visa.

I know someone who will soon apply to a visitor visa. This person doesn’t have any funds to support himself or his family (they are three) in Canada or even pay for his tickets. He is planning to cover his travel and stay expenses from his brother who is a permanent resident and father of 4 kids. The problem is that this person could trick the US embassy and I think he will be able to trick the Canadian embassy. His previous stay in USA costed his relatives 12000$.
Is there any way to report his misrepresentation to the Canadian embassy before he is granted a visitor visa.
Do you know these people really well? are you a family member? are you in Canada? How can you be 100% sure they have no job in their home country? you must be really close to them for you to know all these details

They were able to get a Canadian visa after doing birth tourism in the US?. If they had a child while working or studying legally in the US that is very different. In general it is easier to get a visa to visit the US which is why you have a lot of refugees landing in the US and walking across the Canadian border. It is much easier to deport people from the US so they aren’t as considered when it comes to admitting people.

I know those details because I am close to them and know their situation very well since 8 years. But how is this related to the point?

if host is not worried than why you have such issue (should be worried by host not you)

to me it’s like typical family fight , one of the partner (he or she) not willing to host and now looking excuse to get rid from situation

Your reply is certainly contradictory. I am either a random rat who wants to report people without being affected or given right to worry or I am part of the host who is rightfully worried about expenses. In either way that is not related to the point.

And I can guarantee the Government of Canada doesn’t have the time & energy to get involved in family “ squabbles”

Seriously

I am wondering why that became a personal issue, it is obvious there are thousands of visitor visa posts on the forum with 0 tourists in Canada.
And yes I agree Canadian government doesn’t have time and energy to grant people work permits when they want to work and tourist visa when they want to visit. They can use extra help, I am ready to help!!
