Visitor visa forms signature

I'm submitting a visitor visa application for both of my parents-in-law. I've filled out all the forms for them, but some of them require a signature. I've sent them the forms to print them, sign them, and send them back scanned, but the results aren't so great as they are not tech-savvy at all. Some of the documents are blurry or not very aligned (they're using a cellphone camera).

There's one form that seems ok, which is the family representative, who is my wife. My question is, can she sign the rest of the documents on her behalf, considering that she's her representative AND daughter? That would make things a lot more easier.

if u r using the ircc portal I think only use of representative form is something that needs to be attached as a signed document
rest everything else is builtin into the online application
family info and stuff
there is no info required on siblings also
only parents and children info is required to be filled in online
