Hi I'm from Montreal my file is under process in for permanent residency me and my wife completed medicals too now I want to know whether I can apply visitor visa for my wife coz it's gonna take 4-5 months to get our pr

If I apply now what are chances getting visitor visa for my wife presently I'm under post graduate work permit can some one help me

I would say it's almost 0% chance.
My colleague also applied and got refusal.
As you are getting pr, it's obvious your wife won't leave.

My wife's visitor visa was granted to 6 months (Spousal Sponsorship was in process) and then extended for another year while in Canada.
So try it, I know some people who got lucky as well. Good luck

You might want to try it

I got here in Canada thru Visitor Visa but we have not processed any Sponsorship Application. As of the moment, my extension was approved and we are on the process of my PR Application (Inland).

My husband's work permit will expire by June 2017.i'm in India and i applied visitor visa and it got refused.Recently he received AINP and he's going to apply for PR.
can i reapply for visitor visa and is there any chances to approve?
