Unfortunately all you can do is wait. Have you started sponsorship yet? If not, you could have already had already had multiple months towards an outland application.

Oh not started with the sponsorship yet.... now I am realizing that I have wasted at least few months already... I will start with it immediately... and thanks for reminding on this.

The wait is over and its a bad news.
My spouse's visitor visa is refused with below reasons. My Spouse did not have job at the time of application but now she has.

a. I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada
b. Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself.
c. You have significant family ties in Canada
d. The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay
e. Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence

Any suggestions please?

Apply for spousal sponsorship. Spouse is married to you so cannot address a,c or d. IRCC will expect that once in Canada that she will not leave and move permanently. If she has only been in the job for a short time, that is still not a strong tie. She needs to show employment letter with approved leave for a visit. If she has only been in the job for a few months, she would not be eligible for leave and IRCC would wonder why a newly employed person has leave immediately. Also, if only employed for a few months that doesn’t make her financially established to afford a visit.
