I got married in December 2017 and had to return to Canada in Jan 2018. Since my wife took my last name all the documents had to be renamed to reflect her new last name which took 3-4 months to happen. Finally we had all the documents required to apply for her Tourist visa so that atleast she can visit me BUT it got rejected with following reasons.
- Family Ties
-Travel History
- Personal Assets and/or Financial Status
Now, I am planning to apply for Outland Spouse Sponsorship visa since there is no way around it. I would really really appreciate if anyone can help me out with this. I have only been with my wife for 20 days and since we met it has been only Video and Voice calls and because of my job i won't be able to leave for another 9 months please help me out i spoke with lawyers and they are asking for 3-4000$ to apply for spouse sponsorship and without any guarantee that it will be accepted. Now, I started to gather the documents on my own so far i have filled these forms:

Please let me know what else would i require and what are the next steps. Should i apply from here or should my wife apply from back home? so many questions.
