What are the mandatory requirements to apply for and get approved Visitor Visas for my Parents(both) & my Grandmother?
About Myself:
I am a Canadian PR, Indian National & Citizen. I came to India for my marriage after spending around 9 months in Canada.
Currently living and working in India post marriage and planning to move back to Canada in next 2-3 months.
About My Parents: Both of them are still working, in Government sector. My father works with Central Government & my mother works with Punjab State Government. They will be getting retired soon by end of next year.
About My Grandmother: She receives my grandfather's pension who was himself a Punjab State Government Employee.

Question 1: Can I apply/ they apply for themselves for their visitor visas from India? If yes, please specify the process & mandatory requirements in terms of documents & funds to support the application?
Question 2: If No, how to get this done once I go back to Canada myself. Please specify the process & mandatory requirements in terms of documents & funds to support the application?
Hoping to see a 'yes' to my Question 1 so that my mother can actually accompany me in my travel back to Canada.

Your parents are one application and your grandmother the other. It is their applications not yours so they can apply now. They all want to show their own funds (cash), ties to home country (children under 22, job letter with approved leave, investments, business etc.), travel history. Given you are not in Canada, you cannot write a letter of invitation. They can answer yes to accompanying but that may not strengthen their application. It shows that you are PR so they may not leave.

Thanks @Naturgrl for your reply on my query. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So, you mean that my parents should apply for visitor visa only after I go back to Canada and now? Does my being in India at the moment affect their visitor visa application adversely? Or there is a way that they can still apply for visitor visa irrespective of where I am living currently as I can still support their application by stating my PR status with the help of my PR card that can be utilized in their visitor visa application? Please clarify this further for me.

It is their application, not yours. They can apply anytime. You being in Canada or not is not an issue. FYI - You can’t provide a letter of invitation if you are not living in Canada. You being PR may not help their applications if they don’t have family ties to return (spouse, children under 22). If they don’t have their own funds (cash) to support a visit, consider a supervisa if you meet LICO.

Q1 - they are applying not you. They can apply anytime. They show documents to prove they will return - job, investment properties, pensions that can only get if in India, children under 22.

Would personally establish yourself in Canada first before they apply to visit you. There will likely be concerns that they are trying to move back to Canada with you unless they have other reasons to travel to Canada and have an extensive travel history and good savings. If your grandmother and your parents apply together there also may be concerns that they are all trying to move to Canada with you.
