Visitor visa for Parents

Hello Everyone,
My wife is pregnent and is thinking to apply for visitor visa for her parents and brother who is 17 years right now.
Check the processing time , it says 250 days
Is there any way to apply for urgent application
And also do they have to show their financial documents or we can just show our bank statement to support them.

Any one in this situation or any help would be much appreciated

Usually it is understood that a couple shares their finances so show whatever funds they have separately and jointly. There is no special form.

No it would be if you were filling out the form on her behalf.

I found 3 forms below:

1. Document Checklist [IMM 5484] (PDF, 319.47 KB)
2. Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257] (PDF, 556.66 KB)
3. Family Information Form [IMM 5707]

Are there any other forms I need to fill up?

I live in 2 BDR apartment. Do I have to provide my apartment lease papers with my other documents below:
1. Passport Photocopy
2. Birth Certificate
3. Copy of my PR Card
4. Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)
5. Bank statements for 4 months
6. Invitation Letter
7. Quarantine Plan (Place to stay for 14 days)

For the Mandatory 14-day quarantine or isolation, should I mention Airbnb in my invitation letter? if so, do I need to add the screenshot of the Airbnb reservation with the list mentioned above or since I have 2 bedrooms, it will be ok?

10dec biometrics completed
Email also sent to ircc for exemption from travel ban, no update yet.
Still waiting..
Did anyones application come through under the same category..

Is there any forms for immediate family other than phac form to be filled to prioritize the application?

Apply for PHAC... it should be processed within one week without biometrics and passport stamping... refer another thread ongoing on this portal

If i apply for visit visa for my parents and younger brother, do i have to apply from the same account (GCkey) or i should create a new gckey to apply for my brother ?
Btw my brother is a businessman.

If your younger brother is over 22 then he needs his own account and needs to show his own finances and ties to country. It is a separate application. If you are PR or citizen, he needs written authorization to travel as well as a visa.

Yes, I was in similar situation. Applied in August 3 months before delivery but no decision made yet.
Are they applying as immediate family member of PR/citizen or Temporary resident?

Your parents are the visitors so they have to show their funds and show they can afford the trip, not you. In your invitation letter, you can outline a quarantine plan and your information (funds, PR, birth certificate etc.).
