visitor visa for parents

Hi anyone could you please help i am little bit confused about visitor visa for my parents.

Me and my wife are work permit holders in Canada and right now we came back to India to work in our Indian office and we will go back to Canada in the month of March 2020. Can i apply for visitors visa to take my parents along with me to spend one month in Canada or not is my questions. If anybody could answer and help this would be of great help and relief.

Only Canadians or Permanent Residents should sign a letter of invitation for a visitor visa, you guys are on work permits. But tourist visa has worked for a number of people. Do not apply for a supervise, just a regular visitor visa.

If you are on an ICT you shouldn’t be working in the I dian offices for 1-3 months. Your parents will have to qualify for a TRV like any other visitor based on their ties to India (property, job, family that is in their care, etc.), previous international travel to countries similar to Canada and their own finances. They must show they can support all their travel expenses.
