Visitor visa for parents

Hello,

I have moved to Canada on August 2008 with PR. I have applied for my spouse PR and got it in Feb 2010. I would like to sponsor for my parents ( visitor visa ) so that they can come and visit. Can any one please let me know what all documents I need to get. My father age is 65 and mother is 60.
