My father applied for visitor visa along with my mother. He is the principal applicant and became a representative to submit my mother’s application. My father received biometric letter and UCI number generated for him next day itself but my mother application dont have UCI number generated and she didn’t received biometric letter too. Used new IRCC portal to apply. Please let me know what's going on ? Is this normal or did I missed something. If anyone else faced this problem. Please help
