Hello friends and seniors

I want to apply for my parents visitor visa soon. I want to know how much should be my salary ( not applying for supervisa) and how old should be my permanent resident status in Canada.

I heard that for visitor visa there is an income criteria just like for supervisa. I didn't find this information on cic website but heard that income proof is very important. I make $1920 per month and am living alone. I have been working in canada for the last one and a half month. Can I apply for my parents visitor visa from NDVO.

Please provide the information required for forwarding their application to NDVO and share your experience.

I hope to get replies from forum members.

thanks in advance

If they are applying for a regular visitors visa, its more likely, they are the one who should provide the financial capability of traveling to Canada and the tie with India that will convince the Canadian Immigration that they will go back to India after the duration of the visit.
The visitors visa will depend on the Immigration consule-- they can give multiple entry or single entry. sometimes even you asked and pay for a multiple entry, they will give you a single entry. if they'll get the multiple entry, they have to exit from canada every after 6 months and can visit you again after---as long as the visa is still valid.

If i were you, try to get a supervisa for them. They are allowed to stay in Canada for 2 years straight.
