visitor visa for parents for wife's delivery

I am applying for my parents visitor visa I have few questions can anyone please clarify :

1. Where do i get the invitation letter ?

Is their any specific format and do i get that notarized from a lawyer of immigration consultant or something or it can just be from me on plain A4 sheet ?

2. Family member represntative form needs to be manually signed by parents and reprenstative ?

3. proof of funds

is like bank statement from me and funds from india in mother and fathers account good enough ?

4. purpose of travel ?

do i get a itenary from expedia and submitt it ?


5. do i need any medical support document from doctor for the application

Be careful about applying for this visitor visa. The visa officer will assume your parents will be coming to care for your wife ad child, which is illegal work in Canada.

Depends if you apply online or by paper.

do i get a itenary from expedia and submitt it ?

Do not purchase a ticket. Just get an itinerary from Expedia (or similar sites) or screenshot the travel dates from the airline's website. Create a day to day itinerary on the activities and places to visit.
Example :
Day 1 -3 Arrive in Canada / Overcome jetlag
Day 4 - 7 Visit Niagara Falls
Day 8 Rest day
Day 9 Visit downtown

5. do i need any medical support document from doctor for the application

Depends if IRCC requires them to get it.
