Hello,
Need urgent help in filling visitor visa for my parents (both retired) and brother ( who is married and has kids). My uncle ( mother's brother) who is Canadian citizen has send us an invitation letter for his son's 18th birthday celebration. He has included all the supporting documents like financial statements, employment letter, invitation card, citizenship documents and affidavit mentioning he will bear all expenses during their stay in canada.
Request advice on following :
1. Since my brother is accompanying my parents, do i need to create separate cic account for him and my parents
2. Or all 3 can be clubbed together under 1 cic account
3. If separate cic login is required for brother, do i mention ' Yes' under question ' Do you have any family member who is citizen or permanent resident'. If answer is ' yes' , then how can i show proof of relationship
4. Since my uncle has send an invitation letter, do i need to make my mother as primary applicant. If yes, how can i show their relationship as they both don't have birth certificate. Mother's parents details are mentioned in passport but same is not case with my uncle as he lost his old Indian passport and Canadian passport does not mention parent details.
5. In absence of Marriage Certificate for parents, can i show passports ( mentioning spouse details) as proof or any affidavit or any other document ( voter id card) can help
6. Purpose of visit : please help with information on creating travel itinerary. Can I create a word draft mentioning rough plan of canada visit ( greeting/meeting family, sightseeing, birthday celebration/shopping).
7. Suggestion on how to make case more stronger or how to show their ties in India
