Hello,

I applied for my brother (26yo) and parents all abroad. All rejected.

The rejection reason is "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay"

I selected a month visit for all, and the funds are for my mother and father.

My brother has no funds but I made my parents write a document that they are responsible for his funds.

I applied on IRCC portal.

I'm planning to re-apply on gckey, but what would your advises ? What did I do wrong , should I mention they are coming together on the application or just treat it as a seperate application.

Can I use my parents funds in their accounts as a proof for my brother, and at the same time for them ?.in their Separate applications

Parents are one application , the 26 year old is another application.

The 26 year old has to show his own funds , and his own ties to return . Job , family etc . Why doesn’t he have any of his own money ? He’s an adult
Parents writing a letter won’t help . It’ll still show he can’t afford the trip , and could possibly overstay
Why ties to return do the adults have ?
Who else is in Canada , relatives ?

They have to show WHY they’ll return to their country
People focus on why they want to visit , they want to focus on WHY they have to return

What’s their travel history ?

My father have a job and he got a letter from the job , my mother has 2 properties in 2 different countries (both of which she is citizens of)

My brother has no funds , as his work was on a and off. My brother application is weak, but he has some medical condition and he should return and have periodic checkups by his Dr.

The only person in Canada as relative is me ( Canadian citizen)

Thanks for replying

My father has not traveled much , but my brother and mother went to UAE couple of times.

You should always make separate applications for parents and siblings. If possible, also attach fixed assets evaluation with parents application to make the case strong. Visa officer judges visitor visa case based on applicant's merit, you taking responsibility of their funds helps, but visitor visa is still on person's merit. This merit comes travel history (especially in western world), fixed assets - home and business and liquid assets.

For siblings, it is difficult to get a visa if they don't have good financial standing of their own, and/or extensive travel history especially having a valid US B1/B2 visa. Good luck.

Your parents should apply on their own. Your brother’s approval chances are low while your parents have higher chances of being approved. Would order GCMS notes before you reapply for your parents so you can address any concerns.
