Quite honestly, I'm unable to understand the great haste in applying.

No, hotel bookings will make their applications seem unusual as they would be visiting you but staying in a hotel

I am sorry...I know I am asking too many questions but you see my brother has only 1 week of vacation so delaying the process of applying due to my husband Pay stub is not an option for us.

By hotel bookings I mean we anywhich ways have plans of travelling to toronto and visit other places in Canada ..We are not sure of the dates yet but we can have the provisional bookings done for the purpose of application
So would that help...???

I still think you are applying in a haste. For example, the hotel bookings do not make sense + you've missed out on a number of documents. It's not a good idea to be untruthful/partly truthful.

Do remember the visa office will not process applications based on the dates of your brother's one week vacation. I would try to reduce as many risks/gaps before applying because it seems like your mom and brother are in a hurry to move to Canada with you. Of course, it's your decision.

Documents for property in her name Which documents are these? - She owns a house..Its the notarised registry of the same
J forms for the agricultural income in her name What about land ownership documents + land valuations? J forms mention her ownership of the agriculture farms and the mentions the annual income from the same.
Her Pension documents showing that she is self dependent Which documents are these? - SHe is a retired Government official and recieves pension post service..These are the documents proving that.

This one is hard to figure out..But I wonder that a lot of parents who are retired and have not much to do back home do visit their overseas child ..How do they justify..Please help with suggestion.
BTw all my mothers sibling(their families) + my elder sis and her family lives in the same area in India and we will be filling the information in the family information form..Does that not justify her links in India

Immigration status in the US? - We will be attaching his passport and US visa stamp which says he is on Student Visa there
Rent contract in the US? - His bank statements mentions the current address he is living in but attaching the rent leese as well.
A day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates?
Source of funds in his bank account? - Befpre coming to US ,he was working in India for 2 years and had savings + my mother is helping him from her savings.This can be justified .
Financial investments? None at the moment
Tax Returns? He is a student ,I am not sure if this is valid.
A must-return by date event to the US? Yes,his employer has mentioned the date on the leave approval,he has a valid return flight ticket +HIs university documents mention the start of fall semester...I think this should be ok right.


I know its too soon for us to apply but I dont understand..We are not lying about anything and just want to have a nice summer vacation with family and visit places in canada together.
I am not attaching any hotel bookings.

All of the documents mentioned in CIC are mostly covered..We have the salary slip of my husband in place too now...Please tell me if you still see issue here...

Need your final word on this.
