my spouse and I applied for visitor visa of canada and approved about a month ago. now we want to apply for our children 15y and 8y , Could you please help me?
I dont know where should I upload their documents, and can we submit both of them on my husband account or each one of them need their own accounts?

Why didn’t you apply all together? They apply under parent’s account showing ties to return, funds, travel history. Given your TRVs were approved then they will have weak ties to return. Best if you take a trip on your own, return and then apply for their TRVs.

we planned to travel on february 2024 and my children couldnt come with us because of their school, my sister was in iran and she is going to keep our children during our trip, but our visa approved one month ago and now my sister isnt in iran and there is no one here to keep our children. so we should bring them!

That doesn’t make sense . A visa is approved for a period of time , you aren’t required to use it for a specific trip .
Your visa may have been approved because they are a tie to return to.
If there’s no one to take care of your children for this planned trip , then the postpone the trip until there is someone to take care of them

That makes no sense. Why not visit now and then return to show that you abided by immigration rules. You can apply for them now but your permits were most likely approved because children were staying behind. Show ties for them (not you) to return and funds in addition to the funds you included for your application.

No matter what you need to be planning in case children’s TRVs get denied. You likely got approved because your children were not accompanying you

Unless it's a single entry TRV. If OP used the TRV for the 2024 February trip, then they would need reapply for the future trip to Canada.

Our visa is multiple and it will be expired 10ys later!!!
So your children apply for TRVs showing funds (in addition to what you showed in your application), their own ties to return, and travel history. Given you didn’t apply together and were likely approved because you showed family ties to return (your children) then chances are lower for their approval. Hopefully they will be approved.

So your children now show their own ties to return because you didn’t apply together. This isn’t about you.

The ties of return and funds and other thing you said it's not my problem, I know all the points you said and I know it may not be approved! I just don't know where should I upload documents! That's my question!!

Where did you upload your documents in the first place? Then do something similar in your children's profile. I suppose you can also submit a brand new visitor visa application for the whole family (you, your husband and the children).

So you knew it's a multiple entry visa that you applied but why didn't you include your children in the application?
