Visitor Visa for Mom (widow) and Sister (physically disabled)

Hi All

Can someone share some thoughts :

I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my mom and my sister. My sister (age 28) is dependent on my mom as she is physically disabled (polio) and can't walk. She is mentally fit and doesn't require any medications. My sister is currently doing BCOM-first year (correspondence) ... The only source of Income for my mom is interest and rental income total of around INR 2,50,000 (CDN $5500, non taxable) annual. She has around $20k in savings.. no pension.. the only property under her name is our house , market value of 35 lakh (CDN $70K) I send monthly amounts around $500 for family maintenance... My mom has no job or business ...My sister doesn't work either.. I have a stable job in Canada, family income (me and my common law) of around $80k, and savings around $30k...

I want my mom and sister to visit me for 3-4 weeks in summer.. Any suggestion on what to show as mom ties doesn't look that great... My mom can't visit alone as my sister needs her.. This is the reason I am not applying for super visa...

I have filled the parents sponsorship form also in Jan 2018. I have been in Canada since 2011 and meet the income requirement.....

Has anyone been in the same situation and has been approved.. ?

I would recommend that you request a 2-3 week trip.

You will want to focus on demonstrating your mother's and sister's ties to their home country. Include evidence of the property your mother owns and the income this brings in each month and also evidence of your sister's studies. Does your mother have any savings? If so, you'll want to include this information as well. Have either your mother or sister previously traveled to countries requiring visas such as the US or UK? If so, you'll want to show evidence of this as well.

no travel history...yes she has savings...

@scylla while applying online for my mom and adding my sister as a family member, the application for both will be done through my Mom IRCC account... Right? My sister account need not to be use in this case as my mom is adding her as a family member... Please let me know..thanks
