Visitor Visa for Immediate Family member (Dependent Child)

Hello

Applied Visitor Visa for 3yr old who's currently in India with grand parents, Me and my wife are on Open work permit which is valid until Sep 2022.
Application submitted - March 20 2021
Medicals requested - April 9 2021
Medicals Approved -April 29 2021
Expedited the application by mentioning the Reason as "Purpose of Visit as OTHER and reason as COVID -19" .
Submitted multiple emails for Written Authorization and also web forms, but no response for any of those requests.
Anyone got their Visitor Visa approved for immediate family member?

The majority of the application time was when offices in India were almost fully closed. They are now addressing the backlog of applications from I dia.
