I am a CoPR holder and i am waiting to land in Canada in about 4 weeks and then after landing and collecting PR card, hope to come back to India(in Jan( to get married for a few days and travel back.
With this being the case, can i apply for Visitor visa for my fiance without mentioning my relationship and then apply for spousal a bit later after i land back after marriage in Jan?
what would the timelines be like?

There might not be enough time to get the PR card. Prepare to apply your PRTD at the consulate in India in Jan.

Btw, why don't you marry now? Or your fiance apply the visitor visa now?

i plan to land in Dec and wait a month for PR card and then travel back to get married.
If i travel now,my relationship status would change - and i would have to inform IRCC and it would complicate things.

Sure, you can do that. Your fiance will be the one to apply for the TRV, not you.

How long the TRV will take to process will depend on which country your fiance applies from. As I'm sure you're aware, approval is not guaranteed.

Spousal sponsorship will take approximately 1 year to process.

FYI - new PR cards are typically taking around 2-3 months to be received right now after landing.

Actually informing IRCC about your marriage / relationship status change now might be better for you. At least you and your spouse can live together as a marriage couple during the process, travel together to Canada for landing purposes as a couple, and much more.

Many posters haven't received their new cards after waiting 7 to 8 months.
