We are trying get visitor visa for my fiancé’ brother on our wedding. I just need some advice and if anyone can tell me what are the chances of getting his visa approval.
His personal information and documents we are providing are: -
1) He is 33 years old and a business owner (proof of business and tax)
2) He is married and his wife works as school teacher(job letter and pay stubs can be provided) , she is pregnant and will not be applying for visa. Her expected delivery date is in Dec , so he will be going back before that.
3) He has $20,000 as available funds( bank balance certificate and account statements as proof.
4) Family property on his name.
5) He got one refusal for visitor visa(didn’t apply for wedding purpose in 2018.
From our side:
1) invitation letter
2) wedding license
3) My fiancé is a truck driver(owner operator ) and owns a corporation( proof of incorporation and tax statement)
4) earns 12000$ monthly.
5) He is living with me in a 2 bedroom apartment.
6) He can help him for his Canada stay financially and any other way possible.
