Visitor Visa for Family

Hi.
I need to explain my Story to understand the scenario. I have Canadian visitor visa for 10 years which i got in Oct 2023 along with US visit visa i got on Nov 2023. I visited both countries in Feb 2024 and returned to my home country. After returning i applied visitor visa for my family (wife+ 03 kids under 13) to visit Canada in summer vacations of kids school. but it was rejeted within 10 days of application and when i received ATIP notes it didn't clearly mention the reason and repeated same reason as that of refusal letter. However refusal letter mentioned 02 reasons.
1. The information i provided was not consistent with the temporary stay (very common reason)
2. not have stron ties outside Canada.

My Wife is house wife who was the main applicant so i attached my documents being sole sponsor of my family and attached my Bank statement and all property documents along with incometax returns but it got rejected.

Now i want to apply on behalf of my wife so how should i improve my application and address the reason of rejection in new application.

Given she doesn’t have employment, her own bank statements (or joint statements) and no travel history then her file is weak. Leaving children behind will help which is why your file may have been approved because you didn’t bring spouse and children.

She is now the main applicant (because you have visa) so she needs to show documentation that she works, has own funds and property/business in her name too. Now it will seem even more strange if children are removed from application. She should also not apply right away either.

How long is planned visit?

My wife has no business or Job but she works online and has an online Cake Shop and its earning comes as CASH ON DELIVERY. not deposited in Bank. This workin was not mentioned in previous application
My wife has now a property in her name worth CAD 38,000. Some assets in the shape of Gold worth CAD 52,380. I am considering to apply now to visit Canada from 15 Nov to 25 Nov 2024 as my kids exams will start from 6th December.
Generally in our country, Many women are house wives who rely on their husband income. I had presented my property documents as a support in last application which worth CAD 450,000 but even than application got refused despite me gaving good salary and bank statement.

Basically for her and kids travel. i wants to accompany them with me (though i alrady have a visa). So i will be their main financer. I have properties, Bank Statement, Tax Returns and a Stable Job to Show. We are planning in winter vacations after kids exams and their school will rsume in January 2025. I also have committment with my company to execute Annual Maintenance activity of machines in January 2025 and have Plan by Company CEO communicated via email.
Main Point of Returns to home country.
1. Kids education
2. Committment with comany to exeucute Annul Shutdown Maintenance.
3. Upcoming marriage of my sister in Feb 2025.
Usually in our culture Wives are not supposed to have Job or Business. She use to take care of home, kids well being, their tution and their Day to day activities. We Don't hire any daycare facility like many have in westers Culture.

Refusal Reasons
1. No Ties Outside Canada (our all family menbers are living in our home country. have stable job of husband in a managerial role, have properties worth CAD500,000, Bank statement worth CAD30,000. upcoming marriage of my husband sister.
2. Purpose of visit is not consistent with the tenporary stay given the information in application ( My all kids along with wife have travel history)

You have a visa so your ties are not her ties to return. That is why she was refused.
1. So since kids are applying to they show paid tuition, registration. Are your kids applying or not?
2. What does this have to do with your wife?
3. Is this her sister? A wedding is not a tie to return.

Also you have asked your question under refugees/asylum so are you planning to when you come to Canada? If so why not when you first arrived.

1. Kids also have prior refusal and they are also applying now with their mother. They have Paid tution Fees Record, School Registration Certificate, Govt issued Birth Certificate as well. 02 Elder kids have travel history too.
Me being Elder brother of my sister who has a marriage program in Feb 2024 and usually i am responsible for managing Marriage Hall and Food items for Guest in marriage ceremony.
Not Planning to take Asylum otherwise i would have taken it in the first place.
My intention is to get Canada visa and then i will apply for US visa (which i already have too) for my Family.
If my family get Canada visa then they will have a chance to get US visa. and then we will travel both Canada and US in single go.
This is my point of concern.
Applying US Visa having Canadian rejection will have more chances of rejction for my family.

Ok. But I see no ties for your wife to return. Your sister’s wedding is not a tie for her…not even a blood relative nor immediate family. Apply with what you have but if refused that is two refusals so they will not want to apply for some time.

This opens a category in documents to prove and submit documents as "Finaicial means of Supporter" in which i am going to add up all my documents. Then she automatically should exepmt for her ties and i am travelling along with my family having good ties based on prior visa approval and i have documented committments like my sister marriage and my committments with company and leave approval letter. That all should sum up to show ties to home country.
I know Canada has some serious refusal ratio for asian countries and many travelling to US 03 times also get rejected. Even prior Canadian Visit visa holder get refused.
Even when youare prepared, LUCK always has a chunk in your final approval.
My family last visa got rejected within 10 days which shows that it has not even gone through Visa Officer and may be Chinok decided to send Auto refusal .

So when you applied in 2023 was she and your included in your application? If not, you were approved because you had family ties to return to. She and your kids are now applying independant of you with one refusal already. She is not exempt from anything nor is your travel history relevant to their files. Your travel history, commitments and work are not her ties. Again apply with what you have and hopefully they will be approved.

Probably easier to get US or UK visa. if you have a B1 will you be allowed entry to Canada as just a visitor?
