Visitor Visa for family to attend my convocation

I want to invite my family (mother and brothers) to attend my convocation. The questions that I have are:
1. Shall I send a single letter inviting all. or shall I write separate letters for each person.
2. Shall they apply online or send it through VAC.

my mom got her multiple visitor visa for my convocation which is in June. but due to some problems my mom would not be able to come on my convocation.so my question is that is that fine with Canadian immigration if she comes in July after 1 month of my convocation.
if there will be any problem than what kind of problems will occur and how can we deal those problems.

hi garry your mom have to attend your convocation first...because on the bases of convocation she got visa.on both airport canada and india(or some where you belongs to)she have to give a small interview. where she answer why she visiting canada.after landing first time in Canada she will able to come and go any time...thank you if you have any other questions please drop here
