Now question is this how do I proceed with paper for my family as my wife is housewife and also she and my 7 year old kid have valid US TRV are they ok for CAN+ .
And what extra paper I have to attach

It would have been better if you would have applied together , what did you filled in the checkbox while travelling when you applied visa ? Will your family accompany with you - I guess no . Considering your family in india with wife and children it would a factor to ensure stronger ties . May be you can add copy with your stamped visa with your family visa quoting you will acoompany them . Can + is what I understand when you already had a Canadian visa , and it’s not always sure that your application will be processed even you had Canadian visa with faster processing .

As your family intends to travel with you, they must prove they won't overstay their visit. You would need to prove you have the finances to afford the visit for your family. Having a Canadian host (family member) would also help.

It would also help if your family has traveled abroad with you on family vacations to visa-required countries (US, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, NZ, etc). If

Will they apply online or by paper?

I’m going to apply on paper .
Yes me my wife and one of my kid when she turned one 6 year back we all went together to celebrate her first birthday in New York so basically my kids visa is expired last year but my wife is been on tourist visa for Britain 9 years back .
That’s the travel history and one of my kid is going to turn 3 year coming February so his passport is fresh

They must include a color scan of their US visas in the TRV cover letters + submit the passports that have this US visas + request VFS staff to mark their passports for CAN+ processing.

This child cannot apply under the CAN+ program.

Although it is travel to a visa-required country, it does not help much because it was several years ago. Hopefully, she had visited the UK for just a couple of weeks. She can include a copy of this visa.

You will need to work very hard to prove that each applicant has no intention to overstay the visit i.e. they have strong ties to return to India.

IMO, you would want to visit another visa-required country instead of applying for TRVs at this point in time. Here's why:
1. Your children are very young and don't have any ties to India which is understandable.

2. Your entire family has not traveled abroad to visa-required countries (US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc).

3. Your wife is a stay-at-home mom and does not have any strong ties to India

4. Not sure about the purpose of your visit

5. You were probably granted a TRV because you had indicated your wife and children as family ties to return to + your valid US B1/B2 visa

In short:
I believe given their present circumstances, your family members have slim to none chances of TRV approvals. You can certainly try though

Well then it’s better not to apply instead of getting rejection on passport I believe .

Maybe you could:
1. Visit alone first and then apply for your wife and children after some months (they would get the time to establish stronger ties in the interim), or

2. Apply only your wife now. It would be quite difficult for her to travel without your young children

Yes I think my wife’s visa have stronger chances of approval but we can not go on holidays without kids as they can not stay with grand parents all alone .
For stronger ties point I have my manufacturing plant back here I’m enterprenuer .
