Hello Guyz,

Actually i want to apply visitor visa for my brother in law. He is currently student in India. In September, my son birthday is coming so I want to invite my brother-in-law for son's birthday celebration. I already book a hall for birthday party. Also, my parent staying with me as super-visa. I am currently working and my wife is on maternity leave. We both are permanent resident of canada.

So which kind of documents need for brother in law and me ?.

Thanks in advance.

Please help Bryanna

You can write him an invitation letter and say you will let him stay with you, and you will ensure he is good financially when he is here but thats what my friend did for his sister in law she applied for a regular TRV, she does have a house and two cars and child and her parents back home and a so she had ties to her country so that was not an issue. if there is another way i might be wrog i hope the rest of the forum member chime in.

Thanks for your opinion. I am gonna attach my brother-in-law college letter which indicate that he will come back home to continue his study. He will show funds for stay expense.
