Hi. I wanted to apply again for visitor visa for my brother,he was refused 3 years ago ,because I applied for both of my brothers ,on the same application.
Now he is working,he finished his school,
I wanted to apply for him to come this summer,i have 4 years that i haven't gone back home, and my two kids they were born here and they haven't meet my brothers .
My question is should I mention on the invitation his refusal,if yes should i give an explanation for the reasons, family ties, purpose of visit and financial status .
Is it possible to get approved after his refusal?

He is applying, not you. In his application there is a question about past refusals. He will answer that as YES. He will show his own funds, travel history, ties to home country. Your invitation is just that an invitation for him to come visit. Explain the reason for him to come.

As noted one of the questions is about past refusals. He should show his employment, authorized leave, his savings, other ties (property, dependent family members, etc.)
