visitor visa for an extended family member- Statuary declaration form

Hi everyone, I read in CIC that we have to submit the form imm0006e (application for authorization and statuary declaration) along with the visa application. But in the online portal, I cannot find a place to upload it. Has anyone done this?

I included ours in the proof of relationship section. I basically created a PDF file with the notarized IMM0006 followed by 4 pictures of the two of us together, my birth certificate and scanned passport. When the visa application was approved, they added the letter of authorization to the application along with the request for her passport.

Hi, in how many days did you get request for passport? I am a PR and applied for my mom but its still under process. I applied in December 2020 and sent the webform 2 weeks ago. Thanks in advance

The letter of authorization and passport request came about 30 days after the initial application. But we selected "Other" and "COVID-19" as the reason for the visit, which prioritized the application. The IMM0006 form was included in the visa application, not through a webform. The normal processing time for her country at the time the application was submitted was about 250 days.

My mother wants to travel from Pakistan and visit me. She has a visitor visa. I am here in Canada on PR with my family. Can she enter in Canada with full vaccination.
